推拿联合超激光照射星状神经节治疗交感型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察推拿手法联合超激光照射星状神经节治疗交感型颈椎病的-临床疗效。方法：交感型颈椎病患者68例随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用龙氏推拿手法为主联合超激光照射星状神经节，对照组子单纯药物治疗，治疗前后采用CASCS评定两组疗效。结果：治疗组优良率、CASCS评分显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：推拿手法联合超激光照射星状神经节是治疗交感型颈椎病的有效方法。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of massage combined with super laser irradiating stellate ganglion treating sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods： 68 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group treated with Long＇s massage combined with super laser irradiating stellate ganglion, control group with drug therapy only, to evaluate the effi- cacy of two groups before and after the treatment with CASCS. Results： The excellent rate and CASCS score of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Massage combined with super laser irradiating stellate ganglion is an effective method for the treatment of svmoathetic cervical soondvlosis.
