参麦针关节内注射结合刮痧治疗膝退行性骨关节病

摘　　要：目的：观察参麦针关节内注射结合刮痧治疗膝退行性骨关节病的疗效。方法：我院膝退行性骨关节病患者90例，随机分为试验组、对照组I和对照组II各30例，试验组采用参麦针关节内注射结合传统刮痧治疗，对照组I采用参麦针关节内注射，对照组II采用阿尔治（SH）关节内注射；两个疗程后观察三组效果。结果：试验组优良率及症状评分均明显高于对照组I、II（P〈0．05）；试验组膝关节疼痛分级及关节日常功能分级均优于对照组I、II（P〈0．05）。结论：参麦针关节内注射结合刮痧治疗膝退行性骨关节病效果显著，简便价廉，值得临床推广和进一步研究。Objective： To observe the effects of Shenmai intra-articular injection combined with scraping treating knee degenerative osteoarthritis. Methods： 90 cases of knee degenerative osteoarthritis, randomly divided into experimental group, control group I and II with each of 30 cases, was treated with Shenmai intra-articular injection and scraping, Shenmai intra-articular injection, intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate （SH） re- spectively; to observe the effects of three groups after two courses. Results： The excellent and good rate and symptom score of experimental group were both significantly higher than those of control group I and II （P〈0.05）; knee pain grading and joint daily function classification of experimental group were better than those of control group I and II （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenmai intra-articular injection combined with scraping treating knee degenerative osteoarthritis, with significant effects, is simple and inexpensive, being worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
