摘　　要：通过对29位与知识产权(IP)工作相关的企事业单位、政府部门及科研机构的实际参与IP工作的管理人员、技术人员、专家、学者等人的问卷调查,归纳、整理了评价知识产权实务型人才关键能力指标,并利用层次分析法(AHP)确定关键能力评价指标的各级指标权重。结果发现知识产权评估能力、知识产权诉讼能力、核心知识产权定位能力是评价知识产权实务型人才关键能力的3个重要因素。本研究结果能给企事业单位在知识产权实务型人才评价、选用、培训时提供指导。The evaluation criteria of practical talents of the intellectual property （IP） rights specialty are summarized via a questionnaire of 29 managerial or technical staff members from the IP rights, related industries, technology or management, experts from the governmental departments related to IP rights indusclude three key factors in evaluating the practical talents＇ specialty： evaluating IP rights competency, locating the core technology group competency, and IP rights litigation competency. This research can provide a reference for Guangdong＇s related industry, when evaluating, screening and training practical talents of the IP rights specialty.
