从花岗岩中提取长石和石英的选矿工艺研究

摘  要:针对国内某地一种典型的花岗岩矿,采用“破碎-筛分-分级-磁选-浮选-浮选”的选矿工艺,最终获得石英精砂产率γ=24.79%,SiO2=99.33%,Al2O3=0.17%,Fe2O3=0.018%,可满足优质浮法玻璃及超白器皿玻璃用硅质原料的质量要求;长石产率γ=48.49%,K2O+Na2O=12.55%,Al2O3=18.42%,Fe2O3=0.28%,可满足陶瓷、玻璃等行业的要求。For a typical granite mine in China, the concentrate with γ = 24. 79%, SiO2 = 99.33%, Al2O3 = 0. 17%, Fe2O3 = 0. 018% is obtained through the ore dressing process of "crushing - screening - classification - magnetic separation - flotation". The concentrate could meet the requirements of siliceous raw material for high - quality float glass and ultra - clear glassware. The feldspar with γ =48.49%, K2O + Na2O = 12. 55%, Al2O3 = 18.42% , Fe2O3 =0.28% may meet the requirements of ceramics, glass and other industries.
