摘　　要：采用数字化射线检测技术,经过多次试验和检测图像对比,给出了某型飞机铸铝件的最优检测参数,同时采用灰度线性变换和浮雕增强技术增强了图像对比度,提高了检测灵敏度。Aluminum casting is becoming the key material as to aviation manufacturing. In this paper, digital radiographic testing technology was adopted and the ideal detective parameters of certain type of aircraft aluminum casting were given following the comparisons between many test and detection images. At the same time, gray linear change and relief enhancement technique used to enhance the image contrast and improve the sensitivity.
