摘  要:本文以阔叶木CTMP为原料,对影响其过氧化氢漂白过程中草酸根产生的主要工艺条件(过氧化氢用量、温度、时间和氢氧化钠用量等)进行了研究。研究结果表明:在阔叶木CTMP过氧化氢漂白过程中,草酸根产生量是随着漂白过程的进行逐渐增加的,在漂白开始阶段增加较快;提高漂白温度,草酸根的产生量也会随之增加,且呈线性关系;过氧化氢和氢氧化钠用量的变化对草酸根的产生有显著的影响,增加过氧化氢和氢氧化钠的用量,草酸根的产生量也会随之增加。同时,根据Box-Benhnken的中心组合实验设计原理,在单因素实验的基础上,采用四因素三水平的响应面分析法,对草酸根产生量和漂后纸浆白度进行优化,从而达到控制草酸根产生的目的。实验结果表明,阔叶木CTMP过氧化氢漂白过程中控制草酸根产生的最优工艺条件为:H2O2用量6.51%,时间110.6min,温度90℃,NaOH用量1.47%。在此工艺条件下,草酸根产生量为0.90g/kg,纸浆白度为69.00%ISO。In this paper, hardwood Chemithermomechanical Pulp (CTMP) was taken as raw material to research the effects of main processing conditions (hydrogen peroxide charge, temperature, reaction time and sodium hy- droxide dosage) on the oxalate formation during peroxide bleaching. The results showed that oxalate content in the effluent of hydrogen peroxide bleaching increased with increasing time, and the trend increased rapidly during the early stages of the bleaching. The oxalate content in the bleaching effluent increased with the temperature and the relationship between them was linear. The effects of hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide charge on oxalate for- mation were significant during hydrogen peroxide bleaching process. At the same conditions, the oxalate content in- creased when hydrogen peroxide and sodium peroxide charge increased. Meanwhile, on the basis of one -factor tests and according to the Box - Benhnken central composite experimental design principles, the method of Response Surface Method with 4 factors and 3 levels was adopted to decrease oxalate formation. The studies showed that the optimum conditions of oxalate formation during CTMP bleaching with hydrogen peroxide are: H2O2 dosage 6.51% , reaction time 110.6min, temperature 90℃ , NaOH charge 1.47%. At the optimal conditions, oxalate formation is 0.90g/kg, pulp brightness can reach 69.00% ISO.
