造纸废水的毒性评价以及废水处理工艺中的毒性变化研究

摘　　要：采用初沉-好氧生化-混凝气浮三级工艺处理造纸废水,运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,出水波动小,COD、TOC达到国家排放标准。利用斑马鱼对处理工艺下各个采样点的造纸废水进行急性毒性评价,结果表明:造纸废水原水、一级出水、二级出水、三级出水的96h LC50分别为4.12、4.59、9.08、55.1,毒性分别属于高毒、高毒、高毒、低毒级别;安全质量浓度SC分别为1.311、1.485、2.678、16.014。Advanced treatment of papermaking effluent by oxidation- flotation process was studied, the results showed that the stability process had high treatment efficiency on COD cr, TOC, SS, meeting the national discharge standard. Using zebrafish to assess the effluent of different sampling point, indicated that, the 96hLC50 of the raw sewage, the first effluent, the secondary effluent, the third effluent were 4.12, 4.59, 9.08, 55. 1 , respectively belong to high poison, high poison, high poison, low -toxic level, the safety and quality of concentration SC were 1.311, 1.485, 2.678, 16.014.
