摘　　要：某甲乙酮装置水合反应器检验过程中均陆续发现了大量超标缺陷,影响了水合反应器的安全运行。首先分析了水合反应器的材料性能与介质工况,然后介绍了反应器历次定期检验的内容,并根据检测发现缺陷的特点制定了相应的处理措施,同时对保留的超标埋藏缺陷进行安全性评定,确保了水合反应器的安全运行。A large number of out-of-specification defects have been found during several previous inspections of the hydration reactor in one methyl ethyl ketene plant,which affected the safe operation of the hydration reactor.This article analyzes the material performance and medium conditions of the hydration reactor and then introduces the thorough inspections.It formulates treatment measures according to the properties of the defects found in the tests.Meanwhile,the article makes a safety assessment of the concealed out-of-specification defects which were kept in order to ensure the safe operation of the hydration reactor.
