摘  要:综合利用CCD(Corrosion Control Document)、RBI(Risk Based Inspection)和IOW(Integrity Op-erating Window)技术,并引入PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action)的管理理念,结合我国石化企业的实际情况,探讨建立一套完整的基于风险的腐蚀管理控制技术体系。技术体系涵盖了材料防腐、工艺防腐、腐蚀监检测等各方面的内容,形成一套流程化,联系紧密、合力互补的防腐体系。技术体系能够合理分配防腐资源,加强腐蚀中间过程控制,并能持续自我改进。应用体系中的关键技术,已经为中国石化30多家企业的140余套装置提供了技术服务,并取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。The technology of CCD(Corrosion Control Document),RBI(Risk Based Inspection) and IOW(Integrity Operating Window) is utilized comprehensively and the management conception of PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action) is introduced.Combined with the actual situation of China's petrochemical enterprises,this paper discusses the establishment of a complete system of risk-based corrosion management and control technology.This technology system covers the technologies of anti-corrosion materials,anti-corrosion processes,corrosion monitoring and detection.Technologies in this system are closely linked and inter-complementary.This technology system can reasonably allocate anti-corrosion resources,strengthen corrosion intermediate process control and make continuous self-improvement.The key technologies in this system have been applied in more than 140plantsin 30companiesSINOPEC and achieved good social and economic benefits.
