摘　　要：介绍了C5馏分中二烯烃二聚过程中存在的反应及动力学参数,探讨了反应温度、停留时间等对环戊二烯转化率和双环戊二烯收率的影响,以热二聚的动力学参数为基础,提出了适宜的工业生产反应条件,对传统的二聚反应器内件进行了优化改进,工业装置应用效果较好。This paper introduces the reactions and dynamics parameters existing in the dimerisation of diene in C5 distillate.It discusses the influence of reaction temperature,residence time on the conversion of CPD(cyclopentadiene) and the yield of DCPD(dicyclopentadiene).Based on the dynamics parameters of thermal dimerisation,the paper presents the optimum industrial reaction conditions and the internals of traditional dipolymer reactors are optimized and improved.
