摘　　要：目的:了解城乡社区老年人兴趣爱好和心理健康水平,探讨城乡社区老年人兴趣爱好与心理健康的关系。方法:采用整群抽样的方法选择了合肥市杏花社区、宿州市华地社区、宿州市杨套村和光明村,采用面对面的方式问卷调查≥60岁的老年人。调查工具包括自拟的一般情况问卷和一般健康问卷(General Health Questionnaire,GHQ-12)。使用SPSS13.0进行描述性统计分析和多元logistic回归分析。结果:实际调查到851名老年人,GHQ-12阳性检出率为37.13%;主要的兴趣爱好是看电视(74.21%),其次是经常散步(71.56%)、体育锻炼(22.80%)和打牌(15.75%);有兴趣爱好的调查对象出现心理问题的可能性是没有兴趣爱好的0.55倍(P<0.001)。结论:加大社区公共基础设施建设,增强社区情感交流和娱乐的功能,丰富老年人的兴趣爱好,有助于提高老年人的心理健康水平。Objective To investigate the hobbies and interests and mental health among the elderly in urban and rural communities,and to explore the relationship between mental health and hobbies of the elderly.Methods Hefei Xinhua community,Suzhou Huadi community,Yantao village and Guangming village in Anhui Province were chosen using cluster sampling method.The elderly aged 60years old and over were interviewed through face-to-face questionnaire survey.Survey tools included self-developed general questionnaire and general health questionnaire（General Health Questionnaire,GHQ-12）.Descriptive statistical analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were carried out using SPSS13.0.Results 851elderly aged 60years old and over were recruited.Positive detection rate of GHQ-12 was 37.13%.Hobbies of the elderly were mainly watching TV（74.21%）,followed by walking regularly（71.56%）,physical exercise（22.80%）,and playing cards（15.75%）.The possibility which the respondents with hobbies and interests had mental disorder was 0.55times than those without hobbies and interests（P0.001）.Conclusions In order to improve the mental health of the elderly,we should increase the community public infrastructure,strengthen the role of the community in emotional communication and entertainment,and enrich the hobbies and interests of the elderly.
