摘　　要：目的:了解现阶段外出打工相对集中的河南省固始县农村留守妇女艾滋病认知、态度及行为现状,为制定农村艾滋病干预策略和防治措施提供科学依据。方法:采取整体抽样法在15个自然村中随机抽取20～50岁的600名留守妇女,通过入户一对一面对面的问卷调查。结果:农村留守妇女艾滋病相关知识知晓率均较低,34.1%认为艾滋病感染者就是艾滋病患者,38.6%认为艾滋病离自己很遥远、对它的态度无所谓;28.0%知道安全套能预防艾滋病,但从没使用过;只有45.9%希望获得有关艾滋病的知识。结论:非常有必要对农村留守妇女进行艾滋病知识宣传教育,改变她们对艾滋病无所谓和十分恐惧的极端态度,提高防范意识。Objective To know about the status quo of AIDS knowledge, attitude and practice of left--home wives in Gushi county, Henan province where many farmers leave their hometown to work in the cities, and to provide scientific reference for making intervention strategies and countermeasures of AIDS. Methods Totally 600 left-- home wives aged 20 to 50 years old were chosen from 15 natural villages using radom overall sampling and face--to--face questionnaire survey was conducted. Results The AIDS related knowledge awareness was lower. 34.1% of the women thought that people infected with HIV AIDS were AIDS patients. 38.6~~ women thought AIDS was very far away from them,and their attitude toward AIDS was indifferent. 28.0% knew condom could prevent AIDS, yet they never used. Only 45. 9% hoped to obtain the knowledge of AIDS. Conclusions It is necessary to carry out popularization and education of AIDS among left--home wives to help correct their attitudes of indifference or extreme fear and improve their aware- ness of AIDS control and prevention.
