摘　　要：文章以CMMI理论为依据,分析了四大基本度量之一的缺陷度量,提出了缺陷管理的度量流程,通过实际数据加以分析,并基于度量数据查找了原因,部署了改进方向。度量分析对过程控制及改进起到了积极的作用。Based on CMMI theory, the defect measure, as one of the four basic measures, is analyzed, and the process of defect management is put forward. By analyzing the practical data, the reasons of the defects have been found based on the measured data, and the improvement methods have been drawn up. It shows that the measurement analysis takes a positive role in process control and process improvement.
