摘 要:利用八水合氧氯化锆、硼酸、蔗糖和柠檬酸为无机原料,聚乙烯醇为有机原料,采用有机、无机共混反应制得前驱体溶液,并利用干法纺丝制得前驱体纤维,通过红外光谱(IR)、差示扫描(DSC)、热失重(TG)分析表征发生的反应及产生的一系列变化,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察纤维的形态结构。结果表明:无机成分与聚乙烯醇发生了反应并使聚乙烯醇变得稳定,制得了光滑致密的纤维,为下一步制得ZrB2陶瓷纤维做好了准备。In this paper, ZrOCl2·SH2O, boric acid, sucrose, citric acid were used as inorganic substances, ZrB2 precursor solution was prepared via the mixing of inorganic and PVA, precursor fibers were obtained through dry spinning. Microstructure was observed by SEM, reactions and series changes were studied by FT-IR, DSC and TG. The results showed reactions happened among inorganic substances and polyvinyl alcohol and PVA stabilized owing to these reactions. The appearance and provided a basic study for the preparation of precursor fiber showed a smooth and intact ZrB2 ceramic fibers.
