摘 要:以Outlast空调纤维与黏胶纤维为原料,设计了9种不同混纺比的Outlast空调纤维/黏胶纤维混纺纱,研究了混纺比对混纺纱线的调温性能、条干、强伸性能以及毛羽分布的影响。对比分析得出:混纺质量比为45/55的Outlast空调纤维/黏胶纤维混纺纱线的调温效果、条干、强伸性能和毛羽情况均较好,条干不匀率最小,为20.15%,断裂强度最大,为12.29 cN/tex,为最优产品。Nine different blending ratio of Outlast/viscose fiber blended yarn was designed with Outlast air-conditioning fiber and viscose fiber. The effect of blending ratio on thermal control, evenness, hairiness, strength and elongation properties of Outlast/viscose blended yarn were studied. When the blending ratio was 45/55, the thermal control and hairiness properties of the Outlast/viscose fiber blended yarn were better than other blending ratio, the evenness CV value of Outlast/viscose blended yarn was 20.15 %, the strength of Outlast/viscose blended yarn was 12.29 cN/tex. The optimal product was obtained with the blending ratio 45/55.
