摘　　要：通过对腈纶原液供纺齿轮泵存在的典型故障现象和失效原因进行分析,排查了泵本体及传动系统、转速与压力控制系统、相关生产运行系统的各个环节,针对特定环境和特殊工况产生的影响进行分析和制定相应的措施,将引起故障的可能性消除或降低,提高设备可靠性,减少了非计划检修,达到安全、平稳、长周期运行的目的。Through analysis of failure and cause of supply gear pump of polyacrylonitrile （PAN） spinning solution, the pump body and driving system, rotational speed and pressure control system, all production stages are checked. Aiming at the influencing by special environment and working condition, the measures are taken to eliminate or minimize failure and elevate equipment reliability for long time stable production.
