土默特右旗建设用地结构动态变化分析

摘　　要：建设用地结构直接影响国民经济的发展。通过分析土默特右旗建设用地变化幅度、变化速度以及建设用地变化的乡镇差异,发现城乡建设用地规模较大,交通用地面积较小,建设用地总体规模偏小。因此,农村居民点需进行整理,须抓好土地开发复垦整理工作,要盘活存量建设用地,要抓好节约集约用地。The changes of the construction land structure directly influence the development of national economy.The article analyzes the range of growth,the growth rates and the villages and towns differences of the construction land of Tumote Right Banner and shows that urban and rural construction land scale is larger,the traffic land area is small and the overall area of construction land is small.Therefore,the rural residential area needs to be adjusted and the special attention should be paid to the development and reclamation of land,the vitalization of the stock of construction land and the economical and intensive land use of construction land.
