摘　　要：结合医院建设项目的特点,从业主方项目管理的角度,就如何实现简洁、通用、有效的标准化流程问题,分别从项目范围管理、组织管理、时间管理、资源管理等角度对标准化流程中PBS、WBS、OBS、CBS等项目管理方法和工具的具体应用及内在联系进行分析研究。Combined with the characteristics of the hospital construction projects, the perspective of project manage- ment from the owner how to achieve simple, universal and effective standardization process was analyzed. From the scope of the project management, organizational management, time management, resource management, and the an- gle of the standardization process in PBS, WBS, OBS, CBS and other project management methods and tools for specific applications and internal relations were analyzed.
