摘 要:大豆异黄酮作为一种植物雌激素,具有增强哺乳动物机体免疫力、提高繁殖能力和分泌能力以及促进动物生长等生理作用。以市售的9种动物饲料为材料,采用0.1%(V/V)乙酸的70%(V/V)乙醇水溶液提取异黄酮组分,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术检测其异黄酮各组分含量。结果表明:该方法可以快速检测到饲料中除乙酰基黄豆黄苷(AGL)外的其他所有异黄酮组分。相较大豆籽粒中异黄酮组分而言,饲料中的丙二酰基异黄酮组分含量较少,而其相应的游离型甙元组分含量明显增加,且乙酰基染料木苷(AG)含量较高。由于配方和选料的差异,不同品牌动物饲料中异黄酮组分含量存在明显差异。经验证,该方法具有准确性高和重复性好的特点,可以快速检测饲料中异黄酮的组分含量,更好地为畜禽生产提供指导作用。Isoflavone is a kind of new feed additives with enhancing immunity,improving animal reproduction, secretion ability and other physiological functions. However, the unreasonable dose will cause potential side effect. In this study, we extracted the isoflavone with 0. 1% (V/V)acetic acid 70% (V/V)ethanol solution from nine kinds of feeds, and identified the isoflavone components by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The results showed that the method could quickly detect all the isoflavone components except for acetylglycitin in feeds. Comparing to the soybean seed, the malonyl-glucoside groups of isofiavone were less, the free aglycone groups were increased correspondingly and the acetylgenistin content was higher in feeds, Owing to the various formulas and materials, there was significant difference in the isoflavone content in various kinds of feeds. Based on the ANOVA analysis, the method presented high accuracy and stability. It can be used to rapidly detect the isoflavones content in feeds and to provide guidance for livestock and poultry production.
