不压井作业油管堵塞器胶筒的接触应力分析

摘　　要：在不压井作业中,油管的振动及井内压力波动会导致油管堵塞器解封,存在安全隐患。设计了双滑块和双密封胶筒结构的油管堵塞器,介绍了结构和工作原理。利用ANSYS软件中的插件建立了Yeoh本构模型,对该堵塞器密封胶筒进行接触应力分析,分析结果满足要求。It has potential safety hazard when the tubing packer unsets because of tubing vibration and subsurface pressure fluctuation on the snubbing service. A blanking plug was designed with the structure of double block and double sealing tube,its structure and operating principle are in troduced. By means of ANSYS,the Yeoh constitutive model was established and the contact stress of the tubing packer seal was analyzed and the results meet the requirement.
