摘 要:介绍了目前广泛采用的测量胶料挥发分来计算排气挤出机排气效率的方法,分析了该方法的不足和局限性。通过冷喂料排气挤出机排气效率测试方法的研究,引入橡胶胶料含气率这一概念,然后研究了一种采用胶料密度计算胶料含气率和冷喂料排气挤出机排气效率的方法,并进行实际挤出测试,取得了良好的效果,与测量胶料挥发分计算冷喂料排气挤出机排气效率的方法相比,具有灵敏度高、操作简单方便、可反映挤出前后胶料实际排气效果的优势,但也要求试验用胶料有良好的均匀性。最后得出结论:测量胶料含气率、计算冷喂料排气挤出机排气效率、结合测量胶料挥发分及胶料断面检查的综合评估方法,可以更有效的为高效优质冷喂料排气挤出机的开发提供依据。This paper introduces the widely used method to calculate the exhaust efficiency of the vented extruder by measuring volatile matter of compounds, and analyzes the deficiencies and limitations of the method. Through the research of exhaust efficiency of the test methods of cold feed vented extruder, the paper introduces the gas containing rate of rubber compounds, and then studies a method of calculating gas containing rate and exhaust efficiency of cold feed vented extruder using density of rubber compound, runs the actual extrusion test, and achieves good results. Compared with the method by measuring volatile content compound, this method has high sensitivity, simple operation, and can reflect the actual exhaust effect before and after the extrusion. But it also requires testing rubber material with good uniformity. This article concludes: the comprehensive assessment of measuring rubber gascontaining rate, calculating the exhaust efficiency of the vented extruder, combined with measurement of volatile matter and cross checking of compounds, can be more effective for providing the basis for developing high-quality cold feed vented extruder.
