商业煤制柴油发动机耐久性试验研究

摘  要:在AVL发动机台架上使用2台相同型号和配置的国IV车用柴油发动机燃用国IV商业柴油(D1)和商业煤制柴油(D2)进行了耐久排放对比试验,并对其动力性、经济性和排放(CO、THC、NO x、PM)进行了分析,2种燃油硫含量都小于50×10-6。研究发现,使用煤制柴油后发动机动力性有所改善,油耗有所下降;随着耐久时间增加,发动机使用商业煤制柴油,其NO x排放下降,PM、THC、CO排放增加;但长期来看,相对于使用传统商业柴油其NO x排放减少,THC和PM排放基本相当,CO排放有所增加。The power, fuel economy and emissions during durability were experimentally studied on two China IV stage diesel vehicle engines by using 2 types of fuels : China IV stage commercial diesel ( D1 ) and commer cial diesel of Directly Coat Liquefaction ( D2 ) on an AVL test bench. The S concentrations of both fuels are be low 50ppm. It was found that they seemed to be more powerful to use D2 than D1. However, the fuel con sumption for D2 in mass per kWh seemed to be lower than those for D1 at the same time. With the time accu mulation, the PM, CO and THC emissions increased for D2. The NO2 reduced and PM, THC kept at the same level compared with those for D1 to use D2 in the long term, while CO increased.
