摘　　要：本文基于深圳市统计局"六普"数据,从户籍、来源、家庭、就业、年龄五个方面归纳了深圳独特的人口结构特征,认为深圳人口结构不仅对养老保险制度的设计提出了挑战,更对养老保险基金的运行产生了强烈冲击。探索"全覆盖"、改革"双轨制"、差别化制度设计和构建多支柱的制度体系是深圳养老保险制度改革的制度取向。Based on the statistic released by Shenzhen Statistic Bureau,Shenzhen demographic features are summed up from five aspects,i.e.household,origin,family,employment and age.The demographics of Shenzhen not only puts forward a huge challenge to the design of the pension system,but also brings strong impact on the operation of the pension insurance system.Exploring ＂Full-coverage System＂,reforming ＂Dual System＂,differentiating system design and constructing multi-pillar system are proposed as the system orientations of the reform of the pension insurance system in Shenzhen.
