农村合作医疗白内障患者实施临床护理路径的探讨

摘　　要：目的研究新型农村合作医疗(新农合)白内障手术患者实施临床护理路径的效果。方法将符合行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术患者220例分为新农合组(观察组)和非新农合组(对照组)各110例,对照组予常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径,比较2组患者的满意度、住院时间、术后并发症及住院费用等。结果观察组患者的平均住院日及平均住院费用均低于对照组(P<0.05);而健康知识掌握及患者住院满意度情况均高于对照组(P<0.01);2组术后并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新农合白内障手术患者实施临床护理路径能缩短住院日,降低住院费用,同时能提高患者对健康教育知识的掌握和住院满意度,值得在新农合患者中推广应用。患者运用临床护理路径实施护理,提高了护理工作满意度,减少了术后并发症的发生。Objective： To explore the effect of the implementation of clinical nursing path for cataract surgery patients on the new type of rural cooperative medical care（new）.Methods： 220 cases of the patients conforming to the cataract ultrasonic emulsification combined iol implantation were divided into a joint（observation group of 110 cases） and those of the new farmers of the system（control group of 110 cases）.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group had implementation of clinical nursing path.The patient satisfaction of the groups,length of hospital stay,postoperative complications and hospitalization expenses were compared.Results： In the observation group of patients,the average length and hospitalization expense of such confinement were lower than those of the control group（P 0.05）;And health knowledge mastering and hospitalized patients’ satisfaction were higher than those of the control group（P 0.01）;In postoperative complications,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The implementation of clinical nursing path for the new medical system in cataract surgery patients can shorten such confinement,reduce hospitalization expenses and at the same time can improve the patients for health education knowledge mastery and inpatient satisfaction,which is worth popularization and application in the new system of the patients.
