大面积烧伤病人社会支持状况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨大面积烧伤病人的社会支持状况。方法选择58例大面积烧伤病人,应用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行测评。将测评结果分别从性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、费用支付情况(公费、自费)等方面进行统计分析。结果大面积烧伤病人社会支持状况与病人的性别、文化程度没有相关关系(P>0.05),而与其婚姻状况、费用支付情况存在相关关系,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论医护人员应及时评估病人的社会支持状况,优化其社会支持系统,促进病人早日康复。Objective： To investigate the effect of social support status on large area burn patients.Methods： Fifty eight cases of large area burn patients,by using social support rating scale（SSRS）,were used to evaluate the results from gender,educational level,marital status,payment（fees,at their own expense） and other aspects of statistical analysis.Results： The large area burn patients social support status had no correlation with patient’s sex or cultural degree（P 0.05）,but there was a significant difference in the cost of their marital status and payment related situation（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The medical personnel should timely assess the patient’s social support,optimize the social support system and promote an early recovery of patients.
