摘 要:研究目的:探讨转包、转让、互换、出租、土地入股等土地流转模式的经济效应及其位序。研究方法:利用重庆市截面数据,在White检验的基础上,采用加权最小二乘法(WLS)对模型进行估计。研究结果:(1)不同土地流转模式对农业经济、农民增收的作用方向、影响程度不同;(2)整体来看,互换模式对农业经济的效应显著为正,且边际影响系数最大,土地入股模式的边际影响系数最小;(3)除出租模式对农民增收具有正向效应外,其余模式对农民增收的效应均为负;(4)由于区位条件、自然资源的差异,不同土地流转模式的经济效应也存在"空间分异"。研究结论:重庆市在选择土地流转模式时,应突出重点、有选择、有针对性地进行,而不应该全面铺开、千篇一律。The purpose of the paper is to investigate the economic effects and the sequences of different land transfer modes,such as subcontracting,transferring,exchanging,renting,sharing,and so on.Research method is to estimate the results with the weighted least squares(WLS) basing on the cross-sectional data and the white test.The paper finds that 1) the action direction and the impact of different modes of land transferring on the growth of agriculture economy and famer’s income are different;2) the marginal influence of transferring is significantly positive and the coefficient is the highest.Meanwhile,the coefficient of land sharing mode is the lowest;3) besides the mode of rental,other modes of land transfer show negative effects on the income of farmers;4) the economic effects of different land transfer modes show spatial disparity due to the differences in regional conditions and natural endowment.The paper concludes that in order to optimize the allocation of land resources the choice of land transfer mode should follow the principles of optional,targeted and focal-point oriented,instead of choosing modes without paying attention to local conditions or adopting a mode of"one size fits all".
