摘　　要：文章通过对新疆高校大学生就业现状的调研,从内外因两个层面分析新疆少数民族地区大学生就业困难的原因,并提出相应的解决对策,强调新疆民族区域的特殊性和在西部大开发中的战略地位。This paper discusses the education structure reforming of Higher education in Xinjiang on the basis of an investigation into Xinjiang College students＇ employment problem,especially ethnic college students.The paper analyzes the causes of college students＇ employment problem and provides solutions as well as the importance of the problem in Xinjiang and in the China＇s policy ＂Development of the West Region＂.
