摘 要:随着流域水环境质量日益恶化及当前水资源短缺危机日渐严重,流域水环境的治理改善、污染防治监控已刻不容缓。提出了一种较新颖的流域水环境评估及监控预警技术,探讨了ArcGIS、流域模型模拟软件DHI-MIKE及Petri网模拟仿真技术在水环境质量评估及监测预警中的应用。通过ArcGIS及DHI-MIKE软件模拟技术的联用,分析模拟了某段河流流量及BOD浓度等水文水质指标随时间变化的一维和二维动态效果图,实现对流域水环境的现状及风险评估;采用Petri网技术对流域附近某一畜禽养殖企业工艺流程及末端污染物排放进行了统计模拟,实时监测工业点源向流域水环境的排污情况,为流域水环境的改善及综合管理提供了技术支撑与保障。With the deteriorating of water environment quality in basin and the worsening of current water resource shortage,it is vital to monitor,treat,and improve the basin water environment.A novel technology on assessment and monitoring in basin water environment was put forward,and the application and simulation of ArcGIS,DHI-MIKE,and petri-net were discussed.The single and two dimensional dynamic displayed images involved the changes of some river’s discharge and BOD concentration on times were analysed and simulated by the combination of arc-gis and dhi-mike,which assessed the actuality and risk of water environment in basin.The pollutants’discharge and process flows of some livestock and poultry breeding enterprise nearby basin were emulated and reckoned by perti-net,which monitored the letout of drainage from industrial pollution resource to basin in situ.It would be given support and guarantee for the management of basin water envrionment with the help of these novel technologies mentioned above.
