巨刺灵骨、大白治疗急性腰扭伤44例

摘　　要：目的观察巨刺灵骨、大白治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法 88例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为两组,治疗组44例,予巨刺灵骨、大白治疗,对照组44例,针刺肾俞、腰阳关、腰眼、委中、阿是穴治疗。结果治疗组治愈率为90.90%,总有效率为100%;对照组治愈率为72.72%,总有效率为93.18%,两组之间治愈率和总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),提示治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组;治疗组治疗后(即时)的VAS和腰部功能活动评分与治疗前相比,其差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后的各项评分其差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3天,两组患者的VAS和腰部功能活动评分均较治疗前有所改善(P治<0.05,P对<0.05),治疗组同时段各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论巨刺灵骨、大白治疗急性腰扭伤有较好的临床效果,与常规取穴相比,具有取穴少,起效快,疗效高的优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective Observing effectiveness on opposite needling Linggu and Dabai in treating acute lumbar muscle sprain.Methods 88 patients were randomly divided into two groups with44 patients in each group ： treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated by opposite needling on Linggu and Dabai , while the control group were treated by needling Shenshu , Yaoyangguang , Yaoyan , Weizhong and Ashi acupoints.Results The curative rate and effective rate of treatment group are 90.90% and 100% respectively , comparing to 72.72% and 93.18% in control group.There are statistic differences between before and after in-time treatment in treatment group as to the values of VAS and lumbar movement scope （P＆lt;0.05）, while there are no statistic differences in control group （P＆gt;0.05） .There are statistic differences between before and after 3ǒday treatment in both groups as to the values of VAS and lumbar movement scope （Ptreatment group＆lt;0.05 , Pcontrol group＆lt; 0.05） .The values of treatment group are better than those of control group.Conclusion Comparing to control group , opposite needling Linggu and Dabai generates better therapeutic effectiveness in treating acute lumbar muscle sprain with advantages of less acupoints , more quickly and better effectiveness.This kind of treatment deserves clinical application and promotion.
