摘　　要：目的:了解我院住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况,评价抗菌药物应用合理性,为进一步干预提供理论依据。方法:对2012年1-5月我院260份住院患者抗菌药物不合理应用病历进行统计分析。结果:我院抗菌药物临床应用存在不合理现象,主要表现在无适应证用药、给药方法和给药剂量不合理等。结论:我院应进一步加强抗菌药物应用管理,提高合理用药水平。Objective： To investigate the situation of the antibacterial application in our hospital and assess the rationality of the use of antibacterials so as to provide a basis for the further intervention. Methods： About 260 cases of medical records of inpatients from Jan. to May of 2012 were collected and the irrational use of antibacterials was analyzed statistically. Results： The unreasonable clinical application of antibacterials existed in our hospital mainly in no indications of medication, improper drug administration or unreasonable dosage, etc. Conclusion： The management of the antibacterial application in our hospital should be further strengthened, and the level of rational drug use be improved.
