小腿内侧皮瓣在足跟及踝部软组织缺损修复中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析小腿内侧皮瓣在足跟及踝部软组织缺损修复中的应用效果。方法随机选取我院2010年1月-2012年1月收治的20例应用小腿内侧皮瓣进行足跟与踝部软组织缺损修复患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 20例患者均顺利拆线出院,随访一年半,18例患者达到一期愈合,其余2例患者在二期愈合,患者皮肤及肢体功能均恢复正常。无出血及磨损等现象。结论小腿内侧皮瓣在足跟及踝部软组织缺损修复中有着良好的应用效果,术后患者创面及肢体功能恢复快,且愈合美观,可以在临床上广泛推广。[ Objective ] To observe the analysis leg medial skin flap in the heel and ankle soft tissue defect of application effect. [ Methods ] Randomly selected from our hospital between January 2010 and January 2012, 20 cases of application of crus inside flap of heel and ankle soft tissue defects repair in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Take out stitches. [ Resluts ] 20 patients were successfully discharged from the hospital, followed up a year and a half, 18 patients achieved primary healing, the remaining two patients in the second phase of healing, skin and limb function of patients return to normal. No bleeding and wear phenomenon. [ Conclusion ] leg medial skin flap in the heel and ankle soft tissue defect with good application effect, postoperative patients with wounds and quicker recovery of limb function, and healing and beautiful, can be widely applied in clinic
