贝那普利、替米沙坦单用与联用治疗早期糖尿病肾病对比研究

摘　　要：目的:研究贝那普利、替米沙坦单用与联用治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:选择早期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为给予贝纳普利的A组、替米沙坦的B组、两药联合使用的C组,检测治疗后肾功能相关指标Ccr、Cyc、Hcy以及尿蛋白,评价生活质量、活动状态及负面情绪。结果:C组患者的Ccr、QLQ-C评分、KPS评分明显高于A、B两组,外周血Cys C、Hcy、24 h尿蛋白、HAMA评分、HAMD评分明显低于A、B两组。结论:贝那普利与替米沙坦联用能够发挥协同作用,更加有效的改善肾脏功能,具有积极的临床意义。Objective： To investigate the effect of single and combined treatment of Benazepril and Timishatan on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods： Patients with early diabetic nephropathy were chosen and randomly divided into Group A given Benazepril,Group B given Timishatan and Group C given these two drugs.Then Ccr,Cyc,Hcy,urinary protein was detected,futhermore,the quality of life,active status and negative emotions were evaluated.Results： Ccr,QLQ-C and KPS score of Group C were significantly higher than that in the group A and B.Cys C,Hcy,24 h urinary protein,HAMA and HAMD score were lower than those in the group A and B.Conclusion： Combined treatment of Benazepril and Timishatan play synergistic and positive roles on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
