芪苈强心胶囊辅助治疗射血分数保留的心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨芪苈强心胶囊辅助治疗射血分数保留的心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2012年6月-12月收治的108例射血分数保留的心力衰竭患者并将其随机分为两组,其中对照组46例,给予西医常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组62例,在对照组基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊。分别于治疗前、治疗8周后分析和比较两组的舒张早期峰值血流速度（EV）、舒张晚期峰值血流速度（AV）、E/A、E峰减速时间（EDT）、等容舒张时间（IRT）、脑钠肽等指标。结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.5%和80.4%,治疗组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后,两组患者的舒张EV、AV、E/A、EDT、IRT、脑钠肽水平均较治疗前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗组患者的E/A、EDT改善显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗过程中均无明显毒副反应发生。结论：芪苈强心胶囊辅助治疗能有效改善射血分数保留的心力衰竭患者的临床症状及其左室舒张功能。Objective： To observe clinical effect of Qiliqiangxin Capsule in the adjuvant treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction（HFPEF）.Methods： 108 heart failure patients with preserved ejection fraction were randomly divided into two groups.46 patients in control group were treated by routine treatment of western medicine.62 patients in treatment group were treated by combination of routine therapy and Qiliqiangxin capsule.The blood pressure,E velocity,A velocity,E /A,E deceleration time（EDT）,and isovolum etricre laxa tion time（IRT）,BNP were recorded before therapy and after eight weeks.Results： The total efficiency of treatment group and the control group was 93.5% and 80.4%,the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.After treatment,the EV,AV,E/A,EDT,IRT and BNP were significantly improved in the two groups（P0.05）,the E/A,EDT of treatment group improved significantly better than the control group,（P0.05）.There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion： Treatment with Qiliqiangxin capsule can effectively improve the symptoms of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and improve the left ventricular diastolic function.
