摘 要:为解决当前的回转式空气预热器漏风的在线监测难题,回顾了十多年有关同转式空气预热器漏风的研究工作,综合分析结论是:回转式空气预热器漏风主要是直接漏风,其漏风量与泄漏系数、漏风面积和漏风压差成正比,漏风性能主要用漏风率指标来衡量,漏风率的测试主要依靠空气预热器烟气通道进出口烟气成分测试实验技术。虽然已有两种漏风分布计算模型和一种软测量监测方法提出,但还不能用于实际在线监测。建议用烟气成分测试法来实现回转式空气预热器漏风率的在线监测。To solve the current problems of the air-leakage monitoring of rotary air preheater, this paper has reviewed the recent ten years' researches about the air-leakage of rotary air preheater. We get the following integrated analysis conclusions: the main leakage lies in the direct air leakage, and its volume is proportional to the leakage coefficient, the area and differential pressure of leakage air; the air-leakage performance is mainly measured by the air leakage rate which is tested mainly rely on the measure technique of the import and export flue gas composition in flue gas channel of rotary air preheater. Although there are two computing models of the air-leakage distribution and a soft measuring and monitoring method have been proposed, they cannot be used for online monitoring. It is suggested that using the gas composition test method to realize the online monitoring of rotary air preheater air leakage rate.
