摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,配电网网架结构不合理、供电能力不足等问题逐渐显现。在深入调研快速发展地区配电网规划的基础上,从网架结构和供电能力方面构建适合快速发展型地区的中压配电网评价体系,采用基于模糊隶属度函数的综合层次分析法,对快速发展型新市镇的配电网进行评估,并进行了远景目标网架的探索和展望。实例分析表明,中压配电网评价指标体系和基于模糊隶属度函数的综合层次分析评价法十分有效,可用于指导快速发展型地区的配电网建设和改造。With the acceleration of urbanization, the problems that distribution network structure is not reasonable and power supply capability is insufficient have become prominent increasingly. Under the investigation of distribution network of rapidly developed areas, it was proposed that evaluation index system is for the rapidly developed areas, which consists of grid structure and power supply capability. The fuzzy membership function and comprehensive AHP were used to estimate distribution network of satellite city, and prospective target frameworks were explored. The example＇ analysis showed that the evaluation index system and comprehensive AHP based on fuzzy membership function are effective, and can guide construction and retrofit of distribution network for rapidly developed areas.
