摘 要:在太阳能游览船综合电力推进系统中,供电系统的可靠性和灵活性将直接影响船舶航行的安全。根据设计船舶的基本参数,提出太阳能游览船电力系统的拓扑结构,设计以PLC为控制器的能量控制系统方案,给出主要功能程序流程,实现以多种方式监视、保护、控制和调节电池的运行方式,确保船舶电力系统连续优质供电,为船舶不同能源的综合利用和统一管理提供保障。实船运行表明,该控制系统的设计能有效提高船舶续航能力,满足太阳能游览船供电系统可靠性的要求。In integrated electric propulsion system of a solar sightseeing boat, reliability and flexibility of power system will directly affect the safety of ship navigation. According to basic parameters of the developed boat, topology of the power system is proposed, and scheme of the power control system with PLC controller is designed. Program process of the main functions is provided, and monitor, protection, control and regulation in lithium battery operation mode are achieved in a variety of ways. It is ensured that the ship power system can supply high quality and uninterruptible electronic power, as well as provide comprehensive utilization and unified management of a variety of energy sources. Actual operation indicates that the new designed power control system can effectively improve the ability of endurance and meet the reliability requirements in power system of the solar sightseeing boat.
