摘  要:用改良 ASG法在黑麦 ( Secale cereale)有丝分裂早中期、中期对染色体进行了 G-带分析 ,并作了G-带带型和变动性分析。结果表明 ,无论是早中期还是中期 ,黑麦染色体都显示了清晰的 G-带 ,而且带纹数目多、细窄而大小较相近 ,分布较密集而均匀 ;同源染色体带纹的数目、分布位置基本一致 ,可较为准确地配对。随着分裂时期的推进 ,G-带带数减少 ,从早中期至中期单倍染色体组 G-带带数减少了 2 9.0 %,单倍染色体组的长度缩短了 2 5.0 %,带纹减少幅度与染色体长度缩短幅度相近。对黑麦 G-带的特征与变动性。Clear G bands were obtained in the prometaphase and metaphases of mitotic chromosomes in rye( secale cereale ) by means of the advanced ASG method. All the chromosomes in the two phases had rich bands. The bands were thin, similar size and distributed densely and evenly. The band number and position of homologous chromosomes were basically identical. Chromosome karyotype analysis showed that chromosome pairing could be carried out accurately. The total number of G band were reduced by 29.0% and the absolute length of chromosome complement were contracted by 25.0% when cell mitosis procceeded from prometaphase to metaphase. It was obvious that G band number reduction approached the chromosome length contraction in rate.The characteristics,fluctuation,technique and application of G band in rye were discussed.
