摘　　要：针对我国2005年人民币汇率渐进改革实践中存在的突出问题,通过对人民币汇率形成机制及市场化效应进行分析,从微观及宏观视角探讨其问题产生的根源;并从汇率形成基础及交易机制的完善、产品创新、宏观管理方式改革等方面提出完善人民币汇率形成机制的对策,为增强人民币汇率灵活性,发挥汇率对国际收支的调节作用,促进人民币国际化进程及经济的持续稳定发展提供参考。This paper, in view of outstanding problems existing in Chinese RMB exchange rate gradual re- form practice in 2005, through analyzing the formation mechanism and market effect of exchange rate of RMB, discuss the roots of the problem from the micro and macro perspective; and put forward the coun- termeasures on exchange rate formation foundation and transaction mechanism, product innovation, the macro management mode reform, and so on. Provide reference to increase the flexibility of RMB exchange rate, play a regulating effect on the international balance of payments, and promote the internationalization process and sustainable and stable economic development.
