工作年限对于超声诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨工作年限对于超声诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的影响及差异。方法:15位超声医生根据工作年限分为三组,对于498例乳腺肿块采用BI-RADS分级判定良恶性,根据病理结果统计每组医师诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确率,进行比较分析。结果:498例肿块,良性264例,恶性234例。1～5年组超声诊断灵敏性、特异性、准确率明显低于6～10年组与>10年组(P<0.05)。而6～10年组与>10年组灵敏性、特异性、准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:工作年限对超声诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性中有重要的影响。Objective：To discuss the impact of working life in the differential ultrasound diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.Method：15 doctors were divided into 3 groups according to work time,and a total of 498 breast lesions were analyzed.Comparison of different groups doctors’ diagnosis as sensitivity,specificity and accuracy according to the pathological results.Result：There were 264 cases with benign lesions and 234 cases with malignant lesions. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for the doctors in 1-5 work years group seemed to be worse in the differential diagnosis of benign or malignant lesions than others doctors（above 5 work years）,there were significant difference among them.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in 5-10 work years group was no significant difference with above 10 work years group.Conclusion：In the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor,working life play an important role.
