摘 要:目的:了解医院门诊护理人员职业认同感现状,为提高窗口护理服务质量管理提供依据。方法:采用中文版护士职业认同量表,对珠海市197例门诊窗口护理人员进行调查。结果:门诊护理人员职业认同得分为(64.26±11.75)分;7个维度得分中把握感(10.99±2.42)分,得分最高,组织影响感(4.74±0.92)分,得分最低;不同年龄、职称、护龄及具体岗位的护理人员职业认同感得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门诊窗口护理人员职业认同处于中等水平,护理管理者应注重适当的岗位调整和加强对年轻护理人员的培训。Objective:To investigate the nursing staff in hospital window occupation identity status,and to provide basis for improving the quality of nursing service management window.Method:To carrie on the investigation to the Zhuhai city 197 outpatient nursing staff by using the Chinese version of nurses’ occupation identity scale.Result:Nursing personnel occupation identity score was (64.26±11.75);sense of grasping 7 dimension scores of (10.99±2.42) got the highest score,tissue effect was (4.74±0.92) which was the lowest score;different age,title,retaining age and specific nursing staff occupation identity score difference had statistics significance (P 0.05).Conclusion:The outpatient nursing staff occupation identity is the middle level,nursing managers should pay attention to proper position adjustment and strengthening of the young nurses training.
