摘  要:目的用多参数预测SS2保护性抗原IBP的B细胞表位。方法以2-型猪链球菌(SS2)保护性抗原IBP推定的氨基酸序列为基础,采用Kyte-Doolittle法分析蛋白质的亲水性,Emini法预测蛋白质的表面可能性,Jameson-Wolf法预测蛋白质的抗原指数;辅以Garnier-Robson法、Chou-Fasman法和Karplus-Schulz法对IBP蛋白二级结构中柔性区域的分析,预测IBP的B细胞表位。结果结果表明,推测IBP的B细胞表位位于IBP蛋白N-端第14~18、95~108、133~137、172~179、191~198、205~208区域。结论通过预测SS2保护性抗原IBP的B细胞表位,可望为实验研究SS2的多表位疫苗奠定基础。Objective To study the prediction of the B cell epitopes for protective antigen IBP against S. suis 2 based on multiple parameters. Methods he secondary structure flexible regions of protective antigen IBP against Streptococcus suis serotype 2 (S. suis 2) was analyzed by the Gamier-Robson's method, the Chou-Fasman's method and the Karplus-Schulz:s method based on its putative amino sequence. And hydrophilicity plot, surface probability plot and antigenicity index were obtained by the methods of Kyte-Doolittle, Emini and Jameson-Wolf, respectively. Results Combined with these results, B cell epitopes for IBPmwere predicted at the N-terminal No. 14-18, 95-108, 133-137, 172 -179, 191-198, 205-208. Conclusion Taken together, prediction of the B cell epitopes for protective antigen IBP against S. suis 2 based on multiple parameters would lay foundation on experimental re- search of multi-epitope vaccine against S. suis 2.
