摘 要:以子叶全展期的棉花幼苗为材料,在1/4 Hoagland营养液中添加不同浓度,0,10,50,100,200μmol/L SNP(硝普钠)处理棉花幼苗,研究外源NO对棉花幼苗叶片和根系氧化损伤和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:外源NO供体SNP处理使棉苗叶片和根系MDA含量和O2.-产生速率显著增加,可溶性蛋白含量(叶片)显著降低,SOD、POD活性增加,但是CAT活性下降。10~100μmol/L SNP处理间差异不显著。各生理指标之间差异优先表现在叶片中。结果表明,外源NO在一定浓度范围内抑制棉花幼苗的生长。Cotyledon full extension of the cotton seedling as material,in the 1/4 Hoagland nutrient solution with different concentration of SNP(0,10,50,100,200 μmol/L)processing cotton seedling,study of oxidative damage and activities of protective enzymes of exogenous nitric oxide on cotton seedling leaves and roots.The results show that:with the treatment of SNP,the content of MDA and the generation rate of O-·2 of cotton seedling leaves and roots increased significantly,the content of soluble protein of leaves decreased significantly,SOD and POD activity increased,while CAT activity decreased.The difference under 10-100 μmol/L SNP processing were not remarkable between treatments.The difference of physiological indexes between treatments was priority performance in leaves.These results suggest that exogenous nitric oxide in certain concentration range inhibit cotton seedling growth.
