后路单节段固定结合单枚Cage周围植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症48例

摘　　要：目的：观察采用后路单节段固定结合单枚Cage周围植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法：采用后路单节段固定结合单枚Cage周围植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症48例，观察植骨融合时间及术后优良率。结果：48例中有46例获得11—30个月随访。术后4—9个月植骨融合；坚强融合43例，可能融合2例，未融合1例，植骨融合率为97．83％。术后疗效优25例，良19例，可2例，差0例，优良率95．65％。结论：后路单节段固定结合单枚Cage周围植骨治疗腰椎滑脱能较好地复位和固定，脊柱融合率高，临床效果满意。Objective： To investigate the effects of posterior monosegmental fixation combined with single cage bone graft in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods： Forty-eight cases with lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated with posterior monosegmental fixation combined with single cage bone graft ,the bone graft fusion time and postoperative excellent rate of all cases were observed. Results： Forty-six cases were followed up for 11 to 30 months. The bone graft fusion time was 4 to 9 months. Solid fusion in 43 cases,probable fusion in 2 cases and no fusion in 1 case were found,the infusion rate was 97.83%. The postoperative effects of 25 cases, 19 cases and 2 cases were excellent, good and ordinary, respectively, the excellent and good rate was 95.65 %. Conclusions：The posterior monosegmental fixation combined with single cage bone graft in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis is good reset and fixation, and high fusion rate.
