基于熵权综合指数法的个人包容性发展研究

摘　　要：从包容性发展的内涵出发,在把握个人包容性发展要义,保证测量指标科学性和合理性的基础上,构建衡量个人包容性发展水平高低的指标体系。采用熵权法对各个指标进行客观赋权,并结合指数法建立熵权综合指数模型,对中国2001—2011年的样本数据进行实证研究。实证结果表明,步入中等收入阶段后(2002年),中国居民的总体包容性发展水平日渐提升,个人的物质生活条件、社会生活条件和全面能力均获得了巨大改善,但个人的文化生活水平和发展成果的共享度依旧徘徊不前。今后应当重视改善居民文化生活的短板,强调发展机会的均等和发展成果的共享,继续提升个人的包容性发展水平和层次。This paper starts with the connotation of inclusive development which will be later measured by a scientific and reasonable in- dicator system. Then it uses the theory of entropy to empower each indicator in the system and combining with the method of indexation the article builds a so called entropy weight comprehensive index model. Taking advantage of the model above, sample data ranging from 2001 to 2011 is selected to make an empirical study. The empirical results suggest that the level of inclusive development of Chinese people keeps growing after the year of china stepping into middle income country （2002）. During the past ten year or more, the residents of china have enjoyed an improving condition of materiel and social life. Moreover, the residents＇ comprehensive ability also wins a great improvement. But on the other hand, Chinese residents＇ cultural life condition and the situation of sharing development results are still stuck in the past decade years. So hence force, Chinese government should pay more attention to ameliorate residents＇ cultural life condition and emphasis on sharing of development results. In that way, Chinese residents will finally get access to a higher level of personal inclusive development.
