摘　　要："体教结合"是世界竞技体育人才培养的发展趋势。本文运用文献法、比较法等研究方法,对"体教结合"培养优秀运动队模式的研究文献进行了分类综述,将教育规律、训练规律、管理学等有机的融合一起,为高校高水平运动队的发展提供有价值的参考。从多元化的角度考虑优秀运动队的培养和管理,注重全面系统的发展学生运动员,培养优秀的体育人才,注重强调由过去运动员学生到现今的学生运动员,使学生运动员得到全面的发展。The combination of sports and education is the development trend of world sports training. Through using the method o＇f literature review and comparative analysis, this paper makes analysis on combination of sports and education training mode of elite sports teams, the law of education, training, management, provides valuable reference for the development of high level sports teams in colleges. To consider the culture and management of excellent sports team from the angle of the development of students - athletes, pay attention to comprehensive system, train outstanding sports talent, emphasized by the past student -athletes to today＇s student -athletes, and makes student- athletes fully development.
