摘  要:介绍了一种基于安全系数的大型地下洞室衬砌优化方法,应用于糯扎渡水电站调压井大型洞室的衬砌优化研究。首先,建立围岩和衬砌的三维有限元模型,施加初始地应力场,进行结构线弹性计算并配筋,其次,进行衬砌三维弹塑性计算,由围岩点安全系数比较分析,优化得到最佳衬砌方案,最后,对最佳衬砌方案合理性进行了验证分析。研究表明,当衬砌高程施作至625.5m时,围岩和衬砌稳定性较好,且围岩个别点安全裕度较小,因此衬砌方案Ⅳ为优化得到最佳衬砌方案;通过衬砌和围岩的稳定性分析验证了优化方法的合理性,可为其它类似工程衬砌优化研究提供借鉴。Abstract : A kind of lining optimization method of large-scale underground cavern based on safety factor is intro- duced, which is applied to lining optimization of the large-scale surge shaft cavern of Nuozhadu hydropower station. Firstly, the 3-D finite element models of surrounding rock and lining have been established, the initial stress field was applied to this model ; a linear elastic calculation and reinforcing were carried out for the lining. Secondly, the 3-D e- lastic-plastic calculation of reinforced concrete was carried out, the best lining scheme was obtained by optimization through comparison of and analyzing the rock-point safety factor of surrounding rock. Finally, the calculation analysis for verifying the rationality of the best secondary lining scheme was carried out. The results show that the stability of surrounding rock and lining is well when the lining elevation approaching up to 625.5 m, and the safety factors mar- gin of individual key points are less, therefore, the lining scheme IV is the best one. The rationality of the lining opti- mization method in this paper is verified by the stability analysis of lining and surrounding rock, which could provide reference to lining optimization study of other similar projects.
