摘 要:地铁隧道下穿铁路桥的关键是控制土层和结构的变形,针对某市轨道交通1号线新建地铁工程对运营铁路桥的影响进行分析,通过有限元程序对土层与结构的变形进行了数值仿真计算,评价了隧道衬砌结构的沉降变形以及隧道施工对铁路桥、公路路面与轨道结构的影响,提出了地铁隧道穿越铁路桥过程中潜在的风险,为新建地铁区间隧道施工过程对铁路桥影响进行预测评估提供依据,并提出了相应的工程处理措施。实测表明,施工过程中的各项监测数值均在安全范围之内,采取的措施有效保证了地铁隧道安全顺利穿过运营铁路桥。The deformation control of soil layers and structures is the key in construction of subway tunnel traversing under the operating railway bridge. This paper analyzes the impact of the construction of new metro line (Metro Line No. 1) in certain city on the operating railway bridge. By simulating the deformation of soil layers and structures, the settlement deformation of lining structure and its effect on the railway bridge and highway pavement track structure were analyzed. The potential risk during traversing of the subway tunnel under the operating railway bridge was put forward. This paper provides the basis for prediction and evaluation of the construction effect of building subway tunnel on the operating railway bridge. Finally, the recommended engineering measures were put forward. The actual measurement shows, that all the monitoring values in the process of construction were in normal range. The adopted measures could effectively ensure the safety of the construction of new metro line passing under the operating railway bridge.
