摘　　要：本文首先在已有文献基础之上,对工程组织及工程组织系统概念进行区分,重新对工程组织系统进行了界定;运用系统论对其系统属性、系统要素、及系统结构进行了全面的分析,最后提出了大型工程组织系统需具备的功能及实现途径。This paper distinguishes the concepts between engineering organization and engineering organization system first based on the previous literatures. The system theory is applied to analyze the system attributes,the system elements and the system structure. Finally,the functions and the realizing approaches of the large scale engineering organization system are proposed.
