手术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征107例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2013年01月手术治疗儿童OS-AHS共107例,患儿均采取经口气管插管全麻,其中行单纯腺样体切除23例,腺样体切除加双侧扁桃体切除者67例,行单纯扁桃体切除17例。结果治愈88例,显效17例,无效2例,有效率98.1%。结论手术是治疗儿童OSAHS的有效方法。Objective To analyse the curative effect of surgical treatment for children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（ OSAHS） . Methods retrospective analysis in October 2009 to January 2013 pediatric OSAHS surgery 107 cases,the patients were randomly by endotracheal intubation,pure adenoidectomy 23 cases,adenoidectomy and bilateral tonsils removed 67 cases,pure tonsils removed 17 cases. Results 88 cases were cured,17 cases effctiveness and 2 cases invalid,the effective rate was 98. 1% . Conclusion surgery is the effective method of children with OSAHS.
