摘　　要：糠醛装置加热炉糠焦腐蚀相当恶劣,本文对典型腐蚀弯头进行了宏观、微观腐蚀形貌分析和腐蚀沟槽能谱分析,针对糠焦腐蚀机理和腐蚀分析,从工艺、加剂和设备等方面提出了具体的防护措施。Corrosion often occurs in equipments of the furfural refining units.It seriously affected the normal production and causing many problems.Corrosion failure were analyzed typical elbows of the device pipeline Effective corrosion protection measures for furfural refining units have been proposed through the study of furfural corrosion of materials under different conditions.
